Priyanka Chopra makes a case for the cape dress

You can always rely on Priyanka Chopra to create a little drama on the red carpet and last night was no different; the actress attended a Bumble event in Mumbai wearing a bright orange caped dress with matching tangerine shoes.The fitted dress featured shoulder pads and exaggerated, long, pleated sleeves which resembled a cape.
